3 Bedroom Self Catering Family Holiday Home with Free Wifi 

This charming detached holiday bungalow nestles in a picturesque sandy cove better known as Browns Bay, minutes from Larne Golf Club and The Gobbins Coastal Path.

This is a great base from which to explore Northern Ireland and the beautiful coastline of the North Coast and is especially ideal for couples and families wishing to enjoy the great outdoors.

Also a tranquil little haven, an ideal get away for that special occasion or for the more romantic.

 

Lounge
The lounge area features 2 comfortable sofas which look out on to spectacular views of the ocean.
Also includes colour TV with built in Freeview, an assortment of dvds, books & games suitable for children as well as adults. Table lamps placed throughout the lounge area, make for a more relaxing atmosphere. 
Dining area
The dining area is situated off the lounge and contains a tiled top table which seats 8 comfortably. The overhead lighting, illuminates the table to enhance the dining experience.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with hi gloss units, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, double oven and fridge freezer. This area also incorporates a breakfast bar with 7 high stools, again with views looking out to the ocean and surrounding country side.
Bathroom
The bathroom contains a bath with overhead showers, one of which is electric and the other a power shower, wash hand basin & wc. There is also another separate wc.

All 3 bedrooms have large patio doors which enables guests to observe the beautiful panoramic views by day and listen to the gentle waves lapping by night.

Master bedroom with ensuite, contains a kingsize bed, cuddle chair, overhead reading lamps and matching bedroom furniture.
Double bedroom
Double bedroom contains double bed and matching furniture.
Single bedroom
This bedroom has a set of bunkbeds with a third pull-out bunk if required also contains a single bed. So sleeps 4 conveniently. Other matching bedroom furniture.
Garden/Outdoor Amenities
The back garden is very private, a spacious patio area featuring comfortable corner seating adorned with cushions. Adjacent to this, you'll find a sizable gas BBQ and fire pit, accompanied by a section that hosts a hot tub. This area of the property is an ideal spot for Al Fresco dining or just chilling out, with a glass of wine watching the sinking sun cast a blanket of burnished gold over the sea and headlands before dipping beneath the horizon, finally transforming the sea to a shimmering silver glass.
From here you’ll be able to admire the stunning views, Mull of Kintyre is visible on a clear day and the Four Headlands is the east of Antrim coastline. All of these outdoor amenities are conveniently located in front of Browns Bay beach.
